A day to discover, share, and start living the Montgó experience together.
- Guided swimming with coaches and guest athletes
- Talk with guest swimmers

Sunday, October 4
Three unique and spectacular routes, designed to fall in love with the sea like never before:
Bib pickup at the beach - 7:30 AM
Long distance – 5.8 km – 9:00 AM (start)
Medium distance – 3.4 km – 9:30 AM (start)
Short distance – 1.5 km – 11:00 AM (start)

A unique moment after a day full of activities, sharing experiences and celebrating swimmers and companions, the passion for the sea, at the restaurantEl Salat,ofwecamp Cala Montgó.
The dinner will also be the setting for theofficial briefingand the talk“Everything we have swum this year.” with invited swimmers, in a festive and community atmosphere.

Short Distance
1,500 meters
A smooth and accessible route between cliffs and posidonia beds.
Departure and arrival at Cala Montgó for an ideal crossing if you are just starting out or simply want to enjoy the surroundings at a leisurely pace. Short, clear, and full of magic.
Medium Distance
3,400 meters
A coastal journey through crystal-clear waters and wild nature.
From Cala Montgó, heading south to Cala Viuda and back, this crossing takes you through the most scenic sections of the Natural Park, between cliffs and vibrant underwater life.
Long Distance
5,800 meters
An adventure between open sea, majestic cliffs, and pure excitement.
A spectacular circuit towards l'Estartit, with impressive views, technical passages between rocks, and the majestic cliffs that make up the wild coast of Montgrí. If you are looking to end the season with an unforgettable crossing, this is the one for you.

Experience the full SwimNoLimits experience and end the open water season on a high note.
Unique experience for 4 people
Dive into the adventure as we challenge the crystal-clear waters and the stunning landscapes that only SNL can offer. In this charity journey, not only do you propel your team towards the finish line, but you also contribute to a noble cause. Our event combines the passion for swimming with the desire to make a positive difference in our community.
Each swimmer becomes an ambassador of solidarity, raising funds and raising awareness for the cause. Registrations are in person at the bib tent on the day of the event.
Charity swims for kids
During these swims, the little ones have the opportunity to challenge themselves while swimming distances adapted to their swimming level with maximum safety. They are designed to foster sportsmanship, fun, and, most importantly, support for charitable causes.
Each crossing is an opportunity for children to become little heroes in the water and be part of the community. Registration is in person at the bib tent on the same day as the event.
